I've had this plant since I got it (a rooted cutting?) as a TV Guide promotional piece around 1961. It spends the summer outside and has blossomed sweetly and produced fruit for all these years. I've kept it pruned (both top and root) and repotted it as needed up to the 18" pot it's in now. However, since last summer, it has not flowered. My dog and I have come to grips with the fallowness of age: Must I contend with the same for my plants?

Citruses that are heavily pruned ( removing 1/3top and 1/3bottom) usually skips a year or two before they begin to bear fruits again.
Calamondin orange usually flowers in spring and fall. If this is the second summer, you'll probably see flowers coming in fall this year or spring next year.
