Thanks for sharing that website. I may not be able to afford any of it, but at least, I can always go back to it and enjoy the beautifully created gardens that parallels mother nature.
Weezie, you may not be aware there is another Californian that just signed up, Jenjoyce,of Napa Valley, by the Chat area...she is asking for help.

Wow!!! What great sites!!! Thanks a million! I think I know how I can build our front yard into a private jungle now! I've bookmarked those sites and will be visiting them often. Now to come up with "forms" large enough for the few "boulders" I need to pull this off! I planned a small pond out there, but this has sparked the creative juices!!! Now I just have to move the banana plants out front over about a foot and a half! Thanks for the inspiration! Raven

#1. For the Veggie garden and for cucumber's, beans, pea's, etc..... #2. For Flower's... morning glories, hyacinth beans, scarlet runner beans, etc... #3. For the kids to sit under, and eat their veggies off of it... #4. For a little nook to put a bench under and it's a little hide away.... #5. A Grape Arbor.....
#6. And it says you can cover it and use it in the early spring or late fall time to extend the seasons...
Whattya think????
I told my husband he'd better be looking for it, because I would like it for my raised vegetable beds, I could utilize that space in the air for my climbing veggies, peas and cuck's, and under it I can grow lettuces' that need shade in the hot summer time....

Hi. I can't believe how lucky I just got. I received a hypertufa for Xmas. The last few weeks I've been researching them in the hopes of using them to terrace my slope in the backyard. I was wondering can it work and there is the site to prove it. Thanks a million.

I just made 2 trough and 2 rocks today. One is a square shape about 1 foot by 1 foot and the other is 10 inches in diameter.
Here is one thing that has been hard for me to learn, after you put the mixture in the mold try and be patient. I have broken a few because I couldn`t wait the at least 48 hours before I tried to move them.
After 24 hours start misting the hypertufa with water. keep this up for a couple of days after taking them out of the mold.
Don`t be afraid to try making a hypertufa trough, it it is so much fun!!
