Yesterday I discovered I had wild garlic growing among my weeds!
Is it safe to say that I can use this garlic to cook with???

You lucky girl! Yes,you can eat them. They might be a little stronger than what is in the store,but they're good(I like strong flavors)

Man, I'm gonna grow a whole bed of this stuff next year! It's beautiful! I've been pulling it up as a weed every year when it's about 4-6 inches tall, so didn't know how pretty it was! I cut some tops off (like in the photo) and have them drying in silica gel to use on my wreaths I make.
