Under conditions of high internal water pressure, water is forced out of the leaves of some plants, usually accumulating at the tip. This is a natural phenomenon and causes no injury to the plant.

I got this information from The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Hope this Helps!
