I planted 8" Mock Orange shrubs (the type with the small white flowers) a year ago. They were growing nicely and are about 2 feet tall. Lately the leaves are turning yellow and tiny white spots/bumps are appearing near the stems. Am I overwatering? [dunno] Is this a disease? Please help me save them. Mahalo (thank you)
