Hello, I have 2 huge burning bushes right next to each other. One is fine. The other is wilty and droopy - looking like it is dying. Any advice is appreciated. It is going fast. Thanks, Myrtle

Mrytle, Did you check the soil and or dirt? Does it have mole holes? That would have air holes that would hurt the roots???? Or is the soil tooooooo wet? I know they don't like wet feet....... Hope that helps!!! Weezie

Hi Myrtle, I have a burning bush that is doing o.k. but has been a little stressed because of all the rain we've had here. I'm in Northern Illinois, and the rain has been going to the East. If one is doing better for you than the other, maybe it's closer to a drain spout or a lower area in the yard. Good luck.

I have had a lot of rain - it is on the downward slope - and the one doing bad is farther down - maybe it is catching more water. No sign of moles.

Try transplanting the wilty one to a dfferent location that isn't near the other one. They may be too close together. That's all I could think of.
