Bet u didn't know it, but sometime during the summer, there is an orgy taking place in your garden... :-) When a female japanese beetle feeds on vegetation she release some sort of odor that attracts the males and they come to feed with her... http://www.hiltonpond.org/ThisWeek010729.html

OMG Bob.....you can keep that orgy in your yard! I don't want the Japanses Beetle in mine.....hehehehe....they will find their party is over when they are found floating in soapy water...or in a mixture of borax and sugar.....very toxic to these critters (and ants too).
