I have 2 exotic Hibiscus 1 is great, full large leaf & blooming. The other has a much smaller leaf possible stunted growth with a baby blue powder that rubs off on bottom & top of leaf. It is on about 1/3 of the plant. Help!!

Hope this will help..I just dusted my Hibiscus with some garden servin dust..It seen to help mine alot..Hope it will yours..
