Do you know which variety of Ninebark you have? Physocarpus capitatus (native to the northwest mountains) grows to eight feet. Rocky Mountain Ninebark (P. monogynus) and Dwarf Ninebark (P. opulifolius) each grow to 3-4 feet. 5 in 1 apple trees are awesome... They are as easy as any other apple tree I've grown... they just don't fit my budget! I don't know what to suggest for your footings other than concrete or concrete pier blocks... free Cedar pergola plan
