i have a rosary vine. I have been trying to root it to make another plant. Some vines root in a few days, some take much longer. Once I put them in the dirt they only last about a week or two before the leaves start to shrivel up and they look really pathetic. any suggestions.

whenever i pull it out it doesn't appear to have any roots. how long do the roots have to be when you plant them?
