I rescued a tree off the curb and dont know how to identify it. It's tall like a palm tree but not frondy. The leaves look like a pineapple top but lighter in color and varigated, almost white on the edges. The leaves were turning brown, I think it was overwatered, but it has new growth at the top. I have tons of plants but never had a palm. Does anyone know what it is? Any tips on nuring it back to health would be great. Thanks!

It might be a Yucca aloifolia 'Marginata' aka Variegated Spanish bayonet.
