Does anyone know what I should do with my Beard Tongue??? It has already bloomed for the season, should it be cut back now or just left????? It is about 3 feet tall and this is the first one that I have ever had....any advice would be appreciated...thanks guys!

Hi Loz..... Did you keep the dead flowers clipped? My Penstemons are just starting to bloom. A couple of them will continue to bloom for a couple months if I keep them trimmed. Let the foliage continue to grow as long as possible to feed the roots for next years bloom!

Thanks for the advice Bill!!!! Dead flowers are clipped.....I'll just have to wait and see if they rebloom at all....
