We replanted 3 Dieffenbachia stems in three pots. Two stems had nudges on the plant cane which evidently grew into leaves, the third stem did not have any nudges on the cane. The third stem has grown roots but has not products any leaves.

What can be done to product leaves on the third plant?

Give it a heavy dose of Peters 20-20-20 fertilizer once a week. Keep it in a sunny location, and sit back, you will be amazed at how well it works! This is a water soluable fertilizer much like Miracle Grow, but I think it works much better.
It is also fantastic for annuals and vegetables in the spring and summer!
Hope this helps you.

Mike
