Hello, I have a full grow azalea (3ft tall) which has been there for the past year and a half. It blooms just twice in winter.
The problem is I put it out in the sun for a couple of weeks and then put it in a shaded area. Although they were in shade for almost a month, all the leaves have dried and looks like it's ready to die. All I see now are brown stems. Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life? Please, please do advice me on what to do. Thank You.

You have your location as Fremont, US, but I don't know what state that is. It would be helpful to know.

There has been a drought in much of the US so your plant might be drought stressed. You also don't say if this is an evergreen or decidious azalea. Azaleas have a shallow root system, so if you are in a drought and haven't been watering, the plant might be shedding leaves to save moisture. Try scratching the bark to see if there is green growth. If there is, the plant is still alive. Water deeply and apply about 3" of mulch. It should rebound in the spring.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
