I'd like to know if cyclamens will tolerate
temperatures in zone 8? Would a covering of dead leaves help?

Hi Henry,

Although there some Cyclamen species that are native to Zone 5-8 areas, most of the potted cyclamen on the market today are Cyclamen persicum and they are from Zones 9-10. Keeping them outside in Zone 8 is risky, unless you know that you have a different species of cyclamen.
