Hi everyone...i'm new to this website so please bare with me!

I absolutely love the red coleus and would like to try planting some in a container. I'm new to gardening, so I'm not that familiar with what's out there. I was hoping someone could suggest some green plants (tall plants and cascading plants) that would go nicely in a container with the coleus. Any growing tips would be greatly appreciated as well.

Perhaps for tall you could use some dracena grass. It has tall sharp spike like blades.
For cascading possibly some vinca vine, it has a varigated, dark and almost white leaf.
Hope these help you.
Mike

Whoops the vinca vine has a dark green, and whiteish green leaf. I should not type before I have had my coffee.
