Does any one know any good recipes, or where to find some for wild vegetation, About all I do now is pick wild leaves and make tea,I love witer green tea so good, and I'd like to do more

You can use wild hops (Humulus lupulus). I don't know if its growing in your part of the world. It usually grows near some water.

You can make a cream soup out of it - its very good.
Or (I like this way) you can get some butter, put it in a pan, add wild hops (a handfull). Cook for about 5-10 min, and add some scrambled eggs. [thumb]

Really, I was just telling Laura the other day that I know a place, not too far from the house, that some wild hops were growing. I plan on bringing some home to plant, Soup ...sounds GOOD to Me!

Make sure that you use only the young parts on the top. These are soft. We pick them only when they start to grow - in spring.
Be basicly prepare them the same way as belushi (asparagus).
