Anyone know how to fix corn casserole in a slow cooker - for a crowd? I had it at a potluck but was worried about the reg recipe being dry. Has anyone done this? Need it for Thursday - so I'd have to fix it tomorrow.... [dunno]

I have done it like that, I used the same recipe as I do for the oven, I will cook anything in my crock. I must add that it did cook faster then I thought it would and I did have a bit of a crust on the bottom of it but since it was just for us here at home it didn't matter.
