My mom brought them over and I need to use them this weekend, I could use one for homade chick salad...But I am kinda sick of all the soups and dishes I make..

Anyone have a good recipe or idea for these? I have to use on the weekend

I really like the Jamaican Jerk Chicken....
It's so good, and I think a bit spicey side,
but that is soooooooooo goooooooooood!!!

I went to a party where they were selling a
ceramic cooker thing you put into your microwave..
*You'd soak the top of it in water *the top of the ceramic cooker unit* and then put your chicken in it, and cooked it in the micro..*

It was soooooo tasty...

I think it was a Pampered Chef party...
