I had a tuna pattie for lunch! [grin]

Today I just put the drained tuna in a bowl...crunched up a few crackers and added them...about a teaspoon of mayo and an egg...a little salt and pepper...and made 2 huge tuna patties out of it.

I had one of them on a hamburger bun...with all the works, just like I was making a good hamburger...cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo...with potato chips and a glass of milk!

The other one is in the fridge...when I want a snack in a little while I'll just grab it out of there and eat it cold.

Sometimes I add chopped onion to the tuna patties, and have mashed potatoes and green beans with them.

Hmmm, I've never had a fried tuna patty....if I come to visit you'll have to fix me one! I usually just have tuna melts. Sounds pretty good--now I'm really starving.

You mean like measuring ? [shocked]
I don't know...I never measure anything. [nutz]
I just dump. [Embarrassed]
Sometimes 4 crackers, sometimes none...sometimes bread crumbs. I'm thinking right now potato chips would be good in tuna patties, so I might make some and add a "handful" of crushed up potato chips instead of crackers.

Not much help, am I? [Embarrassed] [Big Grin]

Sorry to say, I do not measure much either..just eye ball it:-) unless it is the 1st time I make it.
Then I always tweak it to my taste.
