It is very easy. I don't have a food processor so I just use my blender to grind up the graham crackers, I also don't have an electric mixer so I soften up the cream cheese in the microwave then mix it all together by hand. Everyone who has ever tried my cheesecake says I should be selling it.

OK...I don't normally eat anything sweet...pies, cakes, candy. But I am going to make this. (Expect pictures in a few days! I have to get up the nerve to go to the grocery store first!)

I usually make the no-bake philadelphia creamcheese pie, but with the same graham cracker crust. I don't use a blender or food processor - I put the crackers in a ziplock bag, and use a rolling pin over and over it!
By the way... I just saw a coupon in today's paper for a new product - Philadelphia cheesecake filling! It's the cream cheese with other ingredients already mixed in! What will they think of next?!?
