1 can refried beans
1/2 small container Sour Cream
1/2 container Guacomole(sp)
Salsa
1 med package grated cheese

Layer ingredients in nice sized bowl, break out your favorite chips, and enjoy!!

You can leave the Sour Cream out and heat up everything else, then top with the sour cream if so desired!

YUM-YUM!!

I'm a vegetarian, and I love refried beans !
Instead of ground beef in a taco, I use heated refried beans and then all of the toppings. YUM !
Don't knock it until you've tried it !

My absolute fave and the only one I buy anymore, is Taco Bell fat free with mild green chiles.
The hands down winner for good flavor.
Makes a wonderful dip too ! I thin it with a bit of water, or add salsa, and/or chunks of avocado.
A guilt-free dip in every way.

I use the wal-mart less fat brand I also add a bit of water with mine, I don't like them too thick. Christina can you post how you make your home made ones? I love them but have never made them myself.
