3 cups flour, sifted 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup salad oil 4 Tbsp. Milk
Streusel: 1 1/2 cup sugar 4 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over berries; set aside. Mix our, sugar and salt. Combine salad oil and milk in a small bowl and whip with fork. Pour over flour mixture. Mix with fork until moist. Turn into a greased 9x11 inch pan. Press dough into pan, building up edges about 1/2 inch deep. Spread berries over the dough. Streusel: Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or the top is browned.

Tonight's version... peach... hot out of the oven. All I did was substitute the blueberries for 3 peaches cut up into small chunks.
