hey guys, LOVE this simple recipe!

Take equal ammounts zuchini & yellow-squash, half-moon cut them & saute both of them at same time in some butter, garlic salt (use the salt and not fresh garlic it tastes MUCH better!), and some italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme mix i use). This is so0ooooooooooooo good to die for!!!!

Sounds like what I do only I add a can of diced tomatoes...It is yummy, indeed!

There's a bunch of recipes for Zuke's in
the Archives if I remember correctly..

but I do love squash in butter in salt..
*especially the spaghtetti squash*
