1 can refried beans 1 large jar salsa 1lb taco meat (ground turkey or beef with taco season ) small brick velvita cheese 1 bag tortilla chips
(toppings onions,jap's,sour cream, guacamole)
in 9x9 pan spread RF beans.pour on the salsa. next the taco meat.slice the cheese to cover all the surface area.. (if you like the onions and japs you can cook them or use them fresh.) put in the oven 350 for 35 min.. Serve it in the whole pan or place it in bowls, scoop it with the chips yumm !! enjoy!

I usually try a recipe before I modify it....But in this case I couldn't resist!
I took some left over "Pulled Chicken Salsa" (another one of SpringFeaver's recipes) and chopped it into shorter pieces, then substituted it for the hamburger and added a bit of habanero sauce to fire it up.
Came out real good. Great snack for watching NASCAR or a ball game.
Springfeaver, ever try it like this?

I have tried it with the chicken nachos .. some reason it was not my favorite consistancy with the other ingredints... I do love the chicken on salad and in omletts though .. some more leftover ideas ..
you could try it with ground turkey to make it more healthy Mator..
