I'll post one a day for you all.

Butterfinger Candy

Take 1/3 cup of corn syrup,1 cup white sugar,1/3 cup water. Bring to a boil on medium heat and cook until 310* on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup peanut butter(your choice). Blend well and pour in greased cookie pan. Score, then cool and cut. Dip them in melted milk chocolate and cool again. Delicious.

Cherry Cordials

Take 14 oz jar of cherries (about 48 in a jar), drain overnight on paper towels. Take 3tbsp corn syrup and mix with 3 tbsp butter add a bag of icing sugar, makes a playdough like paste. Wrap around each cherry and refridgerate for a couple of hours. Melt about 1 lb of chocolate, dip each cherry piece in fully and arrange on wax paper to cool. When set put in air tight container and leave set for a week. You can also add chopped nuts to the chocolate if you want.

Enjoy!
