Strawberry/Banana Mousse

2 boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 8oz container Cool Whip

3 cups sliced bananas (about 3 medium)

3 cups sliced strawberries (sliced cross not length)

2 cups of half & half or whipping cream
(or you may use 1 cup whole milk and one cup of either)

2 cups Miniature Marshmallows

Mix pudding and milk/cream on low speed until blended— STIR (do not use electric mixer) in cool whip until completely incorporated— FOLD in bananas, strawberries & marshmallows… Refrigerate until soft set. Serve chilled.

You will need a full sized TRIFLE bowl or 9x13 inch dish for this...

That looks really good - have most of the ingredients already- may just make it for tomorrow when all kids are here- bet I could add some blueberries and make it red white and blue?
I even have a trifle bowl!
