Looking for a cream cheese cheese cake? Had a slice of cheese cake but it did not have the cookie crumb bottom? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If anone have a recipe for both would love to have them! Bye Rita

Not sure if this is what your looking for, but this is my favorite cheese cake.

No Bake Cheesecake

1 Graham cracker crust
1 8 oz cream cheese-softened
1 8 oz sour cream
1 8 oz coolwhip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar together. Add coolwhip last, pour into pie crust. Let chill for a couple of hours. Overnight is best. You can add any topping of your choice. Serves 8

Hey! trudyjean sounds good but one question add the ingredients together do you mix it or use a beater? Do you mix the coolwhip with a spoon or whatever or do you use the beater too? Many thanks will have to give it a try!

I use an electric mixer all the way, no hand mixing necessary. Add the cool whip last as it will get a little thick on you. Pour into pie shell and cover with the clear top what usually comes with the pie shell. It will be a little on the high side, but thats what you want. T
