Oven Fried Chicken Tenders

Make a mixture of bisquick,salt,pepper,paprika.
Dredge chicken in mixture, few at at time- place in Pam sprayed pan, spray top of chicken too,and bake in in 350* oven for about 30 minutes, turn halfway thru if you remember.
Another mix I make is of the bisquick, and italian seasonings- bake same way.

Kids really like this and healthier than the store bought stuff.

Hi Nana's11....Welcome to the forum,my name is Linda. I'm Kinda new here myself. Great recipe, and so easy. Does it come out like fried chicken..(minus the frying)? I've been reading you enjoy cooking, mind sharing your Thanksgiving menu? I'd love to hear it. I love to cook too, and love getting new recipes.
Thanks, Linda

Sounds like just what I needed. I am the world's worst chicken-fryer and I love fried chicken. I can't wait to try it out! I am sure my fiance' will appreciate me finding your recipe! [Wink]
