3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup butter or margerine 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon dash of salt
Blend all ingredients and pour into baking dish.
Topping: 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup butter or margerine
Mix thoroughly and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. this is a fellowship dinner favorite!

No, because the mixing of the ingredients is what makes the casserole. This is very good and I make it often, but this year I am doing sweet potatoe puffs. It is a sweet potatoe mixture that you roll into a ball and than roll in corn flakes and then poke a marshmellow in the center....yummmy!!! I love sweet tators any way you fix them!
