4 large eggs 1 pkg jiffy cornbread mix 1/2 tsp salt 1 can whole kernal corn 1 can cream-style corn 1/2 cup oil 1 cup grated cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into a 2qt shallow greased baking dish. Top with cheese; bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set and golden brown.

You are so kind to share your recipes. Some folks won't.Which sometimes I understand. My friend Jodi makes the most yummy sugar cookies I've ever tasted.She always shares heaping plates of them.But she won't share the recipe because she hopes to have her own cookie company someday. And she really should market them.I'd buy them.

I love to share recipes!!! I think every one ought to taste the good stuff. I only have 2 recipes that I use to not share. One is for French Butter Creme frosting and the other is for my Jalepeno' cheese bread...but it was only because I had the bakery and those were two of the hottest items.
