hi everybody

what's the yummiest/easiest thing to do w/ butternut squash? about the only thing i know to do is bake it w/ butter, but that's a little boring!

any interesting ideas, let me know!

My mom *and dad~he's passed* and father~in~law eat it with butter, but also they put in brown sugar!!!

I cook it just like I make mashed potato,Peel it Cut into chunks , boil until soft, strain out the water, add butter, very little milk, salt and pepper and whip with electric beater. Yum, yum, even my fussy kids love it .....Now I want some. [thumb]
