sure you can! you prepare it just like you would for fresh peaches. just add thaw time to the process.

Awesome!!! I also have several recipes that one calls for pouring in jars and inverting, the other says 10 minute in pressure cooker.... I don't have a pressure cooker, if I just pour into jars and invert them, will I be playing with fire???
btw-- I made some Peach-Ginger Jam, whoa, it is great stuff!!
