Some folks believe that if you see a Bald Eagle you will have good luck that day....
I saw five.... and three Golden Eagles today!
I feel very lucky to have seen them!!!

DDT almost did them in but they have started to make a come back since the seventies. I have seen several in Washington State while visiting my family there. But, never 5 in one day that's great.

i'm impressed! i love birds of prey. we have eagles and hawks around here, but they are way too far and few in between [tears]

We have hawks like crazy here. And I've seen eagles up at my inlaw's place. When we were in Alaska, we saw quite a few in one day....both bald eagles and golden eagles.

THIS REMINDS ME OF ONE YEAR UP IN PHELPS WISCONSIN. I WAS OUT ON THE LAKE FIHING AND SAW 6 BALD EAGLES FLYING OVER THE LAKE. THIS WAS THE MOST BREATHTAKING SIGHT I HAVE EVER SEEN. HOPE YOU HAVE MORE OF THESE. FYD96
