ok, Weezie, I was waiting for someone to ask those questions, so here are the answers.
1. I don't know what kind they are. I am thinking some kind of either mum or daisy. The plant was a cheapy from w.m. and was in full bloom. I am hoping to keep it alive and let it bloom again.
2. I held the pot upside down on the scanner and that created the dark back ground. Then I let the 'puter do the editing for clarity!
