Last Fall I offered an autographed packet of Wild Willy Columbine seeds to anyone who donated to the Cancer Society. After sending out the majority of the packets, I realized how foolish I would feel if I heard that there was any problem with the viability of the seeds so I chilled a packet and started then this Spring.
Now I was faced with the dilema of what do do with 60 Columbine plants. All of my gardens are overflowing already.....

What about the "Summer Sanctuary" since that is where the pool is, and also cuz of the 's' design of the Columbines. Willy and all his cousins can hang out there in the summertime, sitting by the pool, taking a swim every now and then, relaxing under the shade of the trees, and sunbathing on the rocks.

Wow, your Columbine garden looks terrific, Bill! Beautiful job! It looks like that bed is getting a lot of sun for Columbine! Geesh, I have all mine in dappled shade, maybe mine should be getting more sun!

Well, Bill, you could always send some to Illinois!

I think that garden looks like a place where fairies would like to live...and Willy would probably enjoy some cute little fairies to chase around!

I really like that curled shape, Bill! It's all so evenly spaced out too - well done!
Are those solar lights in that garden too? I bet that looks really nice at night.
Do you know if I can sow some columbine seeds here now, in zone 6 for next spring?

While Bill is here landscaping me an area like his Bus Stop (don't forget about that, Bill ), he can, also, do me up a garden like that! Love it!

thank you, weezie...i meant the name of the garden...not the fork, although you COULD name a fork if you really wanted to...... the space between the 2 remarks were SUPPOSED to show different parts, but don't fret-all is well!

i agree, the fork should be called cindy, and the garden should be fairy something. 'cause it is good enough for one.

ok, so now we have Fork Cindy (then) and half the name of the garden!
(this is the ONLY place where forks are named after people...it's like an episode of The Twilight Zone )

It was hard enough for me to come up with all the kids names, there is no way I am naming all of my forks.

Hmmmmmmmmm..... The Fairy Garden.... I like that! I Googled "Fairy Garden" and most of the sites said that F.G.s need herbs. I'm not planting any herbs! So.... what else can I do to turn this into my Fairy Garden? (Plants, statuary etc.)

"Moon Glow" solar lights! They fade from twinkling red to blue to green. It does look great at night. I have them at The Bus Stop as well.
quote: I hereby declare that the fork is named Cindy then! I am so proud!(...can I officially name Bill's fork?) ...and now waiting for the name of the garden!
Although flattering, the fork asked me to inform you that he is a boyfork. His name is Forkimer but his friends just call him Forkey.

Someone needs to give it a talking to! Is it still in the same spot?

I think (and hope, partially), that "Forkey" has been moved after almost 2 months... as much as I would like to believe he's still there...
